1. Who we are

FundyBee is operated by Innovation Bee P.C., registered as INNOVATION BEE ΙΔΙΩΤΙΚΗ ΚΕΦΑΛΑΙΟΥΧΙΚΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ, a Greek private company (I.K.E.) established in Greece. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Innovation Bee P.C.. “You” means the person or organisation using the service.

By creating an account or using FundyBee, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you can bind that organisation.

2. What FundyBee does

FundyBee is a workspace for preparing decentralised Erasmus+ KA2 applications: KA210 small-scale partnerships and KA220 cooperation partnerships. It helps you research an idea, draft against the current application form, build a consortium and budget, write with your team, and review the draft before you submit.

In the product today you can:

• turn a plain-language idea into a concept note in Idea Lab
• gather evidence and shape a research brief for Relevance and Impact
• draft each form section against the scored criteria
• manage partners, invitations and a consortium
• build a lump-sum budget, timeline and Excel annex
• run a fundability review (eligibility checks, priority coverage and an evidence-grounded score)
• export a submission package to copy into the EU portal yourself

FundyBee does not:

• submit the application for you, or hold your EU Login / Funding & Tenders account
• cover centralised Erasmus+ calls yet
• replace your own work, judgement or eligibility checks
• act for the European Commission, any National Agency or any other public body. We are independent of them.

3. You write the application

You are responsible for the application you prepare with FundyBee. AI output is a draft for you to check, correct and own. You must review it against the current Programme Guide and call conditions, and you decide whether to submit.

Do not present FundyBee output as independent third-party authorship. If the National Agency asks you to declare use of AI tools, that declaration is yours.

4. The proposal belongs to your organisation

The proposal you build, including narrative, budget, partner details and related files, belongs to your organisation. We do not own it. Using FundyBee does not make us a co-author or a partner in your project.

Other organisations in your consortium do not own the proposal just because they can edit a shared workspace. How you share authorship among partners is a matter for your own agreement and the Erasmus+ rules, not something FundyBee decides.

You can export your content while your access is active. What happens to data if access ends is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Accounts and teams

• Keep your registration details accurate and your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• A workspace can have several members. The owner or admin is responsible for who they invite and for the data they add.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use FundyBee.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use FundyBee for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, including applications you know are ineligible
• upload content or personal data you have no right to use (see the Privacy Policy)
• try to break, scrape, overload or bypass the service
• resell or white-label FundyBee to others, except your own workspace members, unless we agree in writing
• use FundyBee to generate illegal, defamatory or infringing content

7. Pricing and billing

You can create an account and look around without paying. A workspace subscription unlocks AI drafting, research, the fundability review and extra team seats. Opening a full KA210 or KA220 proposal is a separate one-off purchase. We never take a percentage of your grant.

Current prices, excluding VAT where it applies:

If you buy more than one proposal in one checkout, a volume discount is applied automatically: 3% for 2 to 4, 5% for 5 to 7, and 15% for 8 to 20.

The price you see and accept at checkout is the price for that purchase. We may change list prices later. Taxes are added where the law requires it. Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number.

If the final fundability review stays below 60 out of 100 for a KA210, or below 70 out of 100 for a KA220, after you work through the listed fixes, we refund that proposal activation. The workspace plan is separate and is not refunded under that rule. Full detail is in the Refund Policy.

8. No funding guarantee

Funding decisions are made only by the relevant National Agency or the European Commission. The fundability score is an indicative check of your draft. A high score does not mean the application will be eligible, scored a particular way, shortlisted or funded.

9. Intellectual property

As between you and us, and to the extent the law allows, we assign to you the rights in output generated for your proposals (narrative, budget and related proposal content) so you can use it for the application and the project. You are responsible for making sure your inputs do not infringe someone else’s rights.

We keep all rights in FundyBee itself, including the software, prompts, rubric logic, design and brand. You get a limited right to use the service while these terms apply. AI text is not guaranteed unique. Similar drafts may be produced for others, so you should review output for originality.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check it against official sources before you rely on it.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for a claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the proposal that gave rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost funding, lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights where they apply.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using FundyBee at any time. You may cancel the workspace plan from billing. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the service or other users. When access ends, your right to use the service ends. Sections that should survive, such as intellectual property, liability and governing law, continue to apply. Data handling after that is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will try to tell you first, for example by email or an in-app notice. If you keep using FundyBee after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Greece have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law lets you bring a case in your country of residence.
