This continuously available function is for an EEA consumer who wishes to exercise a statutory right to withdraw from a FundyBee distance contract. The ordinary period is generally 14 days from conclusion of the contract. Submitting after that date does not prevent us from assessing any other cancellation, conformity or mandatory right.

First enter the details from the durable contract email. You will then see a separate review screen. The withdrawal is submitted only when you select Confirm withdrawal. We immediately email a receipt containing the request, date and time.

This online function does not replace other valid ways to withdraw. You may send an unambiguous statement or the model form in the Refund and Cancellation Policy to info@innovationbee.gr. Do not send card details or passwords.
