Many proposals lose points for problems a review could have caught.

A claim has no source. An objective is impossible to score. A partner has no clear role. Once you can see these problems, you can fix them.

FundyBee flags them before the deadline, while there is still time to do something about them.

Why FundyBee

General AI helps with the words. FundyBee runs the Erasmus+ workflow around them.

ChatGPT and Claude are useful for research and early drafts. FundyBee is purpose-built for the rest of the proposal job: choosing the right form, keeping partners and evidence connected, applying the scoring rules and checking whether the package is ready to submit.

What "agentic" means here

Separate passes do separate jobs, using the same project context.

FundyBee does not rely on one oversized prompt. Each step reads the current project state and writes its result back before the next one begins.

01 Lock the context

Action, sector, funding tier, priorities and form rules.

02 Ground the idea

Research and evidence stay attached to the proposal.

03 Draft the form

Official sections and work-package answers use that context.

04 Challenge the draft

Evaluator passes score criteria and expose weak claims.

05 Check readiness

Completeness, budget and submission package get a final check.

Why use FundyBee instead of a general chat tool?

You can use both. The difference is whether you need a flexible conversation or a controlled Erasmus+ application workflow.

ChatGPT or Claude on their own

Flexible, but you run the process

  • 1Useful for open-ended research, brainstorming, feedback and rewriting.
  • 2Projects can keep chats, files and instructions together, with collaboration available in some products and plans.
  • 3You decide which Erasmus+ rules to provide, how to prompt for them and when to check the answer.
  • 4The output stays in a conversation or document until you move it into your application process.
FundyBee

An Erasmus+ proposal system with agents inside it

  • 1Loads the structure, limits and rules for the action, sector and funding tier you selected.
  • 2Keeps the concept, consortium, evidence, draft, budget and timeline in one project state.
  • 3Runs specialist drafting, evaluator and readiness passes in a deliberate order.
  • 4Keeps partner roles, assigned sections, editing locks and the latest version visible.
  • 5Produces a criterion scorecard, prioritized fixes and a submission package.

FundyBee is the better fit when the job is an Erasmus+ application. General AI tools remain useful for broad questions outside that workflow.

The platform

Go from a rough idea to a submission package in seven steps.

Work out the concept and consortium first. Then draft the official form with AI, edit it with your team and build the budget and timeline. The final review leaves you with a package ready for the EU portal.

1Idea

Work out the idea before opening the application form.

Concept Studio helps you turn a rough project idea into a structured note. You can define the need, objectives and evidence, sketch the work packages and decide which partners the project needs before anyone starts the long form.

  • The note covers the need, objectives, evidence, partner profiles and work-package outline.
  • Save the concept for later or use it to open a full proposal.
  • Your organisation owns the proposal. FundyBee and invited partners do not.

2Partners

Build the right consortium before you write a word.

A proposal is quietly won or lost in the consortium. FundyBee helps you build a trusted partner network — eligible organisations, complete profiles, clear roles — before anyone drafts a section.

  • Show only organisations that are eligible for the call you selected, then build a reusable partner library with PIF import on autopilot.
  • Assign exactly one coordinator, set work-package leads and quality owners, and let the team see roles at a glance.
  • Live read-out of eligible organisations, country count and role coverage — so the consortium is valid before you open the application form.

3Generate

Generate a first draft, then make it yours.

The proposal studio drafts the official sections and work-package answers from your concept. Your team can edit every section, save changes and ask FundyBee to help with a weak answer.

  • The draft covers the official sections and the work-package answers.
  • Your team can rewrite any section after generation.

4Budget

Build a budget that follows the Erasmus+ rules.

Create the lump-sum budget from work packages, partner allocations, staff effort and daily rates. The total, work-package split and management share stay visible while you work.

  • Edit work-package budgets, partner shares and staff effort together.
  • Validate the budget before the final review and export it when ready.

5Timeline

Build the timeline from the budget.

Tasks, lead partners and month ranges sit directly under the budget. The same view shows evaluators how the project will run and tells coordinators who is responsible for each task.

  • Work-package bars show the schedule month by month.
  • Every task has a lead partner and clear start and end months.

6Final QA verdict

Check the proposal against the rules before you submit.

The review checks eligibility and priorities first, then scores the four award criteria. It flags claims without evidence and puts the fixes with the most points at stake at the top of the list.

  • FundyBee checks eligibility and priorities before it scores the draft.
  • Every issue links to the section that needs work and shows the points at stake.

7Submit

Check readiness, then submit through the EU portal.

The final check covers eligibility, completeness, budget and quality. It shows what is still missing. When every group is ready, download the package and finish the submission in your own browser.

  • One readiness check covers eligibility, completeness, budget and quality.
  • Download the package and take it into the EU portal after you log in.

The budget tool

Build the Erasmus+ budget and timeline together.

Keep work packages, partner shares, staff costs and indicative daily rates in one place. Match the requested amount, validate the figures with AI and export to Excel. The Gantt chart uses the same budget data, so you only maintain one plan.

Questions

What coordinators usually ask.

Which Erasmus+ actions does FundyBee cover?
KA220 cooperation partnerships and KA210 small-scale partnerships are available now for all five sector forms. Centralized actions, including capacity building, larger cooperation projects, networks, alliances and Jean Monnet, are on the roadmap. Choose an action and FundyBee loads its application form, page limits and scoring rules.
What does the AI proposal studio actually do?
It uses a Concept Studio brief, or a paragraph you write, to draft every official section. Your team can edit the result section by section. The final review checks eligibility and priorities, scores the draft against the award criteria and orders its suggested fixes by the points at stake.
Why is FundyBee different from ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude are general-purpose tools that can help with research and writing. FundyBee adds the Erasmus+ application system around the model. It loads the right form and rules, keeps project data connected across the partnership, runs specialist drafting and evaluator passes, and produces a readiness verdict and submission package.
How does writing with partners work?
Invite each partner organisation to the proposal and assign its sections. Everyone can write at the same time. The coordinator sees each change and who is working where, while section locks prevent people from overwriting one another.
Does FundyBee submit the proposal for me?
No. FundyBee prepares the submission package and checks whether it is ready. You open the EU portal in your own browser, log in and submit it yourself. FundyBee does not store your login credentials or two-factor authentication codes.
How much does it cost?
The workspace costs €17 per month per organisation, or €183 per year. It includes unlimited Concept Studio notes, partner discovery and invitations. Proposal activation costs €40 for a KA210 or €60 for a KA220. Automatic volume discounts are 3% for 2 to 4 proposals, 5% for 5 to 7 and 15% for 8 or more. Your organisation owns the proposal.
What if my proposal doesn't reach the threshold?
Work through the fixes in the final review. If the proposal still scores below 70/100 for KA220 or 60/100 for KA210, we refund the activation fee. The monthly workspace plan can be cancelled at any time, and FundyBee never takes a percentage of your grant.
Where does my data live, and can I export or delete it?
Your data stays in an EU-hosted workspace and is handled under GDPR. From the account page, you can export the information held about your organisation under Article 15 or delete the account under Article 17. FundyBee does not store login credentials or two-factor authentication codes.
