How does billing work?
Start free. Explore the dashboards, partner library and proposal basics without paying. The €17/month + VAT workspace subscription unlocks AI drafting, the QA gate and extra team seats. When you are ready to build, activate one proposal: €50 + VAT for a KA210 or €75 + VAT for a KA220. Buying 2 to 40 activations in one checkout applies an automatic volume discount. For more than 40, email sales@fundybee.com for a special price. Extra members are €2/month + VAT each. VAT is added at checkout from your billing country.
How does the QA gate score work?
The QA gate mirrors the official Erasmus+ award criteria. Each criterion is scored and rolled up into an overall readiness score out of 100, with concrete suggestions for the weakest sections. It is guidance to help you self-assess before submission. It does not submit on your behalf or guarantee funding.
How do I invite teammates?
Open Team in the sidebar and send an invitation by email. Once they accept, they share your workspace and can collaborate on the same proposals. You can switch between workspaces from the selector at the top of the sidebar.
How is my data handled?
Workspace records are isolated per account with row-level security. Our infrastructure and suppliers process data in the locations and under the safeguards described in our Privacy Notice. Workspace owners can use the structured export and contact support for assisted closure from Account → Privacy. Members can leave without deleting the workspace. Any person can contact our privacy team to exercise their data-protection rights.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available where required by law and under our proposal quality guarantee. The eligibility rules, request steps and subscription treatment are set out in the Refund Policy. Include your account email and proposal title when you contact us.
